A similar setup was seen before January's crash.” ### [Zcash developers propose NU7 activation block for November upgrade]() Zcash developers agreed at a meeting of Zcash Improvement Proposal editors to set NU7 activation at block 3,543,405, around November 5, CoinDesk reported. Developer Sean Bowe filed the proposal, which cuts block times to 25 seconds from 75 seconds, removes 60% of each block's fees from circulation until miners are repaid around February 2031, and shuts down the Sprout pool. ### [Ripple Prime adds weekend stock, commodity and currency swaps for institutions]() Ripple Prime, the brokerage formerly known as Hidden Road, now lets institutional clients trade swaps tied to more than 100 markets, including shares, commodities and currencies, Ripple said in its October 15 announcement. Strive said it closed an upsized initial public offering of 7,000,000 SATS shares at $90 per share. CEO Matt Cole called the listing a milestone for long-term total returns.
