What these versions contain
Only public strategy code names, monthly returns, source labels and the Bitcoin benchmark are captured. Strategy rules, traded instruments, signals and execution details are not included.
Revision tracking began on 4 November 2026. The initial capture preserves the data available then; it does not reconstruct earlier publications or corrections. “Recorded” is the snapshot publication time; “Generated” is the source export time; “Through” is the final covered month. All timestamps below are UTC.
Strategy returns use fixed starting capital and add across months, without compounding. The passive Bitcoin benchmark compounds. Sources are labelled backtest, live, mixed or missing for each observation. Missing does not mean zero, and zero return does not establish that a strategy was out of the market. Calculation definitions and limitations.
Most historical results are in-sample backtests; the live transition began on 21 September 2026, with mixed months labelled separately. Trend Following remains a backtest with paper trading. Fees and funding are included in live returns; backtest fills are modelled. Month-end observations hide intra-month losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
New imports record added, changed and removed strategy-month observations, plus added, changed or removed benchmark months, compared with the immediately preceding published dataset. A changed source label counts as a changed observation. Identical data and coverage with the same generation time do not create another version. Version identifiers identify publications; they are not evidence of an external audit.
