Tokenized stock venue on Canton aims to trade shares under SEC framework
CoinDesk reported that a venue called TSV LLC plans to begin trading shares of Canton Strategic Holdings as early as Monday, using issuer-sponsored tokenization that bypasses the 30-day company objection window. CoinDesk said the venue could beat OKX–ICE to a first trade under the SEC framework.
